A highly successful parts manufacturer in Italy has ordered another batch of 3 semi-universal (SU) blades for their customer’s fleet of Komatsu D155AX-6 dozers, which is always the best praise for our equipment quality. Enstruc manufactured the dozer blade to specification, which has been fitted with a HB450 wear liner and Komatsu cutting edge. With a deep body profile and 25° side wings, the Komatsu dozer blade is pushing up to 9.5 m³ of dirt and rock, all day long. With multiple technical options to suit construction and mining applications, Enstruc produce various blade types to suit all dozer brands and models:

• Straight blade (S-blade) has no side wings but it excels at pushing medium to hard materials;
• Universal blade (U-blade) is tall and has large side wings for carrying more material over distance;
• Semi-universal blade (SU-blade) is a combination of S-blade and U-blade with tighter material control;
• Power-angle-tilt blade (PAT-blade) has no side wings but it has full tilt control in both directions for great material placement.
