Our single flange and double flange track rollers are manufactured with reinforced flanges and fitted with high quality seals for long wear life and structural reliability in all surface mining excavator applications.

The mining track roller shell undergoes customised heat treatment to ensure excellent wear resistance at the roller rail diameter and deep mechanical strength at the inner diameter, helping to avoid deformation under extreme loads.
