Quarry excavator Track Rollers

Enstruc® Quarry Excavator Track Rollers (bottom rollers) are available for all popular quarry class excavators, including Caterpillar, Case, Daewoo, Doosan, Hitachi, Hyundai, JCB, John Deere, Kobelco, Komatsu, Liebherr, New Holland, Sany, Volvo, and XCMG.

Our single flange and double flange track rollers are engineered with reinforced flanges and fitted with high quality seals for extended wear life and structural reliability in all quarrying excavator applications.

The bottom track roller shells undergo localised heat treatment to ensure elevated wear resistance at the roller rail diameter and enhanced mechanical strength at the inner diameter, helping to prevent any deformation under heavy loads.
