Construction excavator Track Rollers

Enstruc® Construction Excavator Track Rollers (bottom rollers) are manufactured for popular construction class excavators, including Caterpillar, Case, Daewoo, Doosan, Hitachi, Hyundai, JCB, John Deere, Kobelco, Komatsu, Liebherr, New Holland, Volvo, and XCMG.

Our single flange and double flange track rollers are engineered with reinforced flanges and fitted with robust duo-cone seals for extended wear life and structural reliability in all construction excavator applications.

The bottom track roller shells undergo specialised local heat treatment to ensure elevated wear resistance at the rail diameter and significant mechanical strength at the inner diameter, helping to prevent any deformation under load.
